INITIAL REQUIREMENT

Initial Requirements to become a Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza® Franchisee

Getting Started Financially:
Franchisee candidates seeking to start with a single location must demonstrate a net worth of $200,000, with $40,000 in liquid assets (cash, stocks or CDs).

Experience:
We do not require restaurant experience for you to become a successful Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza® franchisee. We look for a service oriented person with good people skills, both towards customers and employees; and a person with good business acumen. We will provide you with all the tools, and a well honed business model for you to implement in your own business.

Participation in Your Business:
We do not require that you actively work directly in your restaurant on a daily basis. You may hire a qualified General Manager, and send your General Manager through our three week training course.

If you plan on participating directly in your business as an owner/operator, you must plan on completing our three week training program, prior to opening The Mama Mimi's Take 'N Bake Pizza® Franchised Restaurant.

If you plan on committing to developing multiple Franchised Restaurants, you should plan on establishing a support network of accounting, legal, human resources, and operations personnel.
